At Miss Voila Designs you can customize jewelry to match an outfit, lengthen or shorten almost any necklace or bracelet on our site, or even design your own jewelry for a special event. Simply email us at info@missvoila.comwith your phone number, contact information and your specific need and we will contact you as soon as possible to start designing your piece from scratch.
Do you design jewelry for brides and bridal parties?
Just like a customized piece, we can also work with you to make all the jewelry you need for your special event. From what you are wearing down the aisle to bridesmaid gifts and mother-of-the-bride gifts, we will work with you step-by-step to design the look that you want. Simply email us at info@missvoila.com withyour phone number, contact information and your specific need and we will contact you as soon as possible to start designing your special request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will do our very best to send your order as soon as it is recieved. Your order should arrive within 4-7 days of order confirmation. Please note that weekends can add additional time for the shipping of an order. We understand that you want your purchase, and we want to get them to you quickly. We work very hard to be prompt and accurate. The actual receipt time for international orders will vary according to distance.
What happens once I place my order online?
Once you place an order online, we will send you an email confirmation with an order number. Then we will begin processing your order to send it out to you in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay in processing your order we will contact you as soon as possible regarding your order. As always, we will be willing to work with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your online shopping experience.

Are your prices in US Currency?
Yes, all of our prices are reflected in US Currency. Please note: Any tariffs, duty or taxes are your responsibility.
Do you have a paper catalog?
At present time pictures of our products are only available online. As our company grows we will be producing a paper catalog.
